yet another startmenu

yesterday was boring, I wanted to change the startmenu and this was the result:

  • i like integrate this into mainline, but without remove actual startmenu.
  • your like ?
  • how can implement ? (starmenu plugins or a part of themeEngine)

i don't know how to implement :D, but choose different layouts (perhaps in config file) with the same icons would be a great feature.

And right aligned icons would also be cool.

And some icons like EPG and TV shoulb be grouped together again. If one could configure it, that would be really cool :)

But imho I've got other issues atm that hurts more. I'm still quite desperate regarding this scrolling (since icons are bigger I have to scroll more, and I can't get used to this scroll-lock behaviour, and I had a seg-fault in search again. Bt will follow, mplayer doens't come back after playing, and xine doesn't quite, a kill is necessary). But anyway - If we are up talking about startmenu, these are my 2cent :-)

yes - i was about to "move" the plugin "into" epg - but hopefully - with 1.2 we will be able to have configureable Menus
