DVD Playback

Postby Thobug » Sun Dec 26, 2010 10:01 am

Hi everyone,
I installed a DVD-Drive via USB on my S100 with Lenny/MMS on it.
Audio-CDs are playbacked fine, though the Playback of DVDs won't start.

The mms/Config file contains the lines:

Code: Select all

# CD/DVD path
#
cdrom = /dev/sr0, /media/cdrom0/
cdrom_name = /dev/sr0, dvd device

and the fstab:

Code: Select all

/dev/sr0                        /media/cdrom0   udf,iso9660     user,noauto,ro,exec             0       0

When I try to start the DVD playback the DVD in drive starts to spin-up but without any waring message the movie does not appear to start.
Can anyone assist? Do I have to use the vlc player instaed of the mplayer?

Greets
